The area and attractions
Przesieka is located in the Podgórzyn commune, 6 km from the Polish-Czech border,
near Szklarska Poręba, Karpacz, Jelenia Góra and in very close proximity to the Cieplice health resort.
The fabulous landscape in Przesieka, at any time of the year, turns ordinary walks into unforgettable trips, and access to various entertainment makes your stay in Przesieka unique. Here you will see beautiful post-German historic architecture, attractive hiking and cycling paths, and you can also climb the two highest peaks of the Karkonosze Mountains, i.e. Szrenica and Śnieżka.

- Podgórna Waterfall (the third-largest waterfall in the Karkonosze Mountains).
- Myi Cascade – a fabulous and less frequented place.
- Siruwia Japanese Garden.
- View from the "Golden View" viewing point.
- The Bakery Open-Air Museum, in Podgórzyn, adjacent to Przesieka. I encourage you to visit and taste delicious, real, healthy bread baked on site using the traditional method (on Wednesdays and Sundays).
For mountain hikers
- Chojnik Castle - the trails lead from Przesieka, you can walk with a dog.
- Szlak Pod Reglami - starting at the end of Przesieka, a pleasant flat route for everyone, including children and the elderly; you can walk to the forester's lodge in Jagniątkowo and from there turn back along the same road or turn to Chojnik Castle.
- Karkonoska Pass - the route starts behind the Chybotek resort and ends on the Czech side; the approach is steep and not as easy as under Regla.
- More interesting trails can be found in the guide (e.g. the yellow trail leads to Słonecznik; green to Karpacz and the other way to Chojnik Castle and Szklarska Poręba; blue to Przełęcz Karkonoska).

- Sněžka Peak - you can take the new gondola lift on the Czech side in Pec pod Snezkou.
- Szrenica Peak - you can take the cable car from Szklarska Poręba.

- Palaces, among others in Wojanów, Pakoszów, Staniszów.
Virtually every smaller town is worth visiting due to its architecture and post-German atmosphere.
