POND

Our old swimming pool, or more precisely a pond with a natural sandy and rocky bottom, is existing due to spring water. And it has been this way for over a hundred years. It is a facility of historical and monumental value.

It is the last such former German swimming pool in Poland, and we wonder if it is not the last one existing in Europe.

It has an impressive area of 3,500 m2. It starts from a depth of 10 cm and ends at 3.5 m. You can swim in it in the summer (but remember that it is a natural pond with flora and fauna) and sit on the newly built pier, which is perfect for romantic evenings, drinking a drink or morning coffee. Additionally, to ensure the comfort of our guests, the pond is illuminated.
It is also perfect for your dog.
Note: the pool water is drained from October to March.

Garden

The area of the entire plot is over 1 hectare. The entire area is fenced (but from one side it is forest fence with barbed wire mesh, and sometimes wild animals appear in the area). Next to the house there is a brick barbecue, a fireplace, a gazebo and a roof under which cars can park.

Beautiful lush greenery of the garden, flowers, the sound of the stream, a view of the Polish horse breeding farms, silence, intimacy and clean air will allow even the most tired and overworked people to rest and relax.

We are a dog-friendly place:

  • We do not charge for dogs.

  • You can take up to 2–3 dogs with you for free

  • The size of the pet does not matter.

  • The areas in Przesieka and around it are perfect for walking dogs.

  • Our property is located in a picturesque setting, surrounded by forest, mountains and beautiful narrow streets.

  • Our beloved pets have a huge fenced area, which allows them to walk the dogs and let them out without having to keep them on a leash.

  • The safety of your dogs is ensured.

  • Dogs can enjoy swimming in our natural swimming pool.

  • If your dog requires rehabilitation in water, this place is just for you!

  • The property is fenced, and the gate and gate are locked. Because the Property is located in a mountainous area, the fence may not adhere tightly to the ground in places where there is a dam or hills. However, these are small sections, and these places may remain under your control.

  • Bearing in mind the common good of pets, please do not leave dogs unattended in such a large area.
