The 2001 vintage reflects Jean Marie Fourriers early work: old vine fruit, minimal intervention, and total vineyard expression. Fermented with native yeasts and aged in used oak, its a transparent Grand Cru Burgundy from a balanced vintage. A rare, fully mature bottle from one of Gevreys most respected growers.
