Constructed of silver plated brass, the obverse consisting of an oval laurel and oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by a bow tie ribbon, topped by a German State Crown, set around a finely detailed eagle in mid flight, clutching bullseye target in its talons, the reverse with a crimped barrel hinge and vertical pinback meeting a round wire catch, unmarked,
